Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Fadasta store operates with Printful, a custom print fulfillment service.All sent packages are marked with the Printful return address, so that if the package is returned for any reason , it will come back to Printful headquarters.

We accept returns in two situations , in case of “Damaged items” and “Wrong address”. Moreover, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We do not offer any refund orders for buyer’s remorse, or for color and size exchange.

Damaged items:

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If an order arrives damaged, then please get in touch with a photo within a week’s time!


Wrong address:

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the Printful headquarters. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you. Be extra careful with apartment numbers and zip/postal codes! Don’t leave them out and double check the digits!

Order never arrived:

If your order didn’t end up arriving, and the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us making sure you quote your order number. We’ll see what can be done.
